The sun is one of the biggest contributors to early skin aging. Make sure to protect your skin from harmful UV rays by using sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher every day, even on cloudy days. In addition, wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses to further shield your skin from the sun’s rays.

Beauty experts say that beating the signs of aging doesn’t need any surgery. Studies show that water can bring back your youth. Water is all around and even inside you. While it’s essential for your survival, it is also vital for your health and youthful looks. Yes, water can make you look and feel younger. Water may be flavorless and odorless, but according to studies, it is the most potent energy drink you can get. Sweet and caffeinated drinks can only give you a short-term boost, but water energizes you for longer. It helps you to look younger in the long term.

Usually, people avoid drinking water at night But I prefer it because air conditioners can be a source of health issues. Air contamination can become a severe problem that contributes to respiratory ailments in people. Additionally, air conditioning at work and home can lead to problems, such as colds, fevers, headaches, and fatigue. Thays why I think if you spend more time in air conditioning you have to drink a lot of water.

The human body is vulnerable to injuries as it ages. But many experts say that “what you put on your plate might affect what you see in the mirror.” But a few changes in your eating habits can go a long way toward keeping your skin young and your body healthy. The key approach is an “anti-aging diet plan.” Several studies have concluded that eating fruits and vegetables is the safest and healthiest way to fight against dull complexions and fine lines.

Green tea

Green tea has many anti-aging properties and antioxidants such as catechins and polyphenols which cut down on free radical count. It not only fights wrinkles, fine lines, dark spots, and saggy skin, keeping it firm and healthy but also slows down premature aging as it is rich in oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs). Regular intake of it as a beverage can give you a radiant glow and spotless skin. It is known to be a natural moisturizer that helps keep skin soft and supple.

Fatty fish

Fatty fishes such as salmon, mackerel, and tuna are full of omega-3 fatty acids which are essential for glowing skin. These fats are also crucial to moisturize your skin and lower skin inflammation. These fishes are rich in vitamin E, zinc which has wound-healing material that helps to heal acne and irritation.

Dark chocolates

Yes! Everyone’s favorite chocolates are nutritious as they are full of antioxidants even more than berries. Eating chocolates (not too much) can provide anti-aging properties. They contain cocoa flavanols which are potent antioxidants that protect your skin from the sun. It also protects your skin by enhancing blood flow, which helps nourish your skin and by improving skin moisture. Make sure to choose only dark chocolate with at least 70 percent cocoa in it.

5- Apply Healthy Habits

As you grow older, the effects of aging may become more noticeable to you. They’re probably less noticeable to those around you, but still, we all want to look as young as we feel, right? Looking youthful has a lot to do with taking care of your skin, but that’s not the only thing that matters. It turns out that there are many things that can impact how young you look, from your posture to whether you get regular exercise,

Keep your skin moisturized- Dehydrated skin isn’t as plump, meaning wrinkles are often more prominent if your skin lacks moisture. Combat this by using a daily moisturizer on your face and body.

Don’t smoke- Smoking can lead to premature skin aging by breaking down collagen and elasticity. As a result, lines and wrinkles start to appear sooner and may be more noticeable.

Give meditation a try- Hormones fluctuate as you age, and outside stressors can also impact the hormone levels in your body and can accelerate aging. To combat stress and mitigate these negative effects, try meditating each day. As little as 10 minutes of meditation and relaxation each day can have a significant positive effect on your stress levels.

Exercise-

According to Reader’s Digest, studies have found that regular exercise can slow the aging process. Plus, it will help you get better quality sleep (another important healthy habit mentioned above) and will prevent muscle loss as you age.
